PillarsConnect Ltd. is based in Nigeria, serving businesses worldwide through remote collaboration. These are general project conditions; your specific requirements and written project agreement must be confirmed before you commit.

Package and scope

Complete Website Launch Package is offered at ₦100,000 NGN for Nigerian clients and US$100 USD for international clients. Both prices cover the same agreed standard package and scope. A different scope is only provided by agreement.

Domain & First-Year Hosting

Your package includes one standard domain registration and a basic first-year hosting setup, subject to the agreed plan and available domain name.

Nigerian clients: A .com.ng domain.

International clients: An available, budget-friendly domain extension such as .online or .site, selected with your approval.

The selected domain, hosting plan, included resources, and renewal costs will be confirmed in writing before purchase. Premium domains, hosting upgrades, business email services, and renewals beyond the first year are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions

Advanced AI integrations, E-commerce, Complex booking, Extra pages, Extensive content creation, Recurring third-party service fees, Ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.

Delivery, revisions and support

Seven working days is the target after required content, access, and approvals are received, not a guaranteed completion date. Delays in materials, feedback, approvals or agreed scope changes may affect delivery.

Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Provide each round of feedback together; additional rounds or changes beyond the agreed scope require a separate agreement.

Technical defect support covers implementation-related defects reported within thirty days after launch. It does not include new features, content changes or ongoing maintenance.

Payments and additional costs

Choose the price applicable to your market and contact us to confirm payment arrangements. These are separate approved prices, not an exchange-rate conversion. Applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, third-party services and any other additional charges must be explained and agreed before you commit. Payment schedules, cancellation and refund arrangements must also be confirmed before work begins.

Remote collaboration and approval

Onboarding, content collection, feedback, approval and delivery take place remotely using agreed communication channels. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and materials you have permission to use. We agree the requirements first, share the website for review, collect your feedback and obtain approval before launch. Changes beyond the agreed scope require a separate agreement.

Discoverability and outcomes

Google Business Profile assistance is available only to eligible businesses and remains subject to Google’s rules and verification. Other projects receive foundational on-page SEO. We do not guarantee search rankings, enquiries, leads or sales.

Markets and project-specific requirements

Your market’s privacy, accessibility, tax and other requirements should be raised during onboarding and reflected in the agreed scope. No overseas physical office or local operation is implied by worldwide service. The plumbing demo is a sample project, not evidence of a verified customer or a promise of identical results.
